I truly enjoyed my stay here! Lavinia was a wonderful host. She was there to meet me when I arrived and patiently explained how everything worked. The apartment was absolutely spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
Lavinia also provided a wonderful booklet filled with helpful information and recommendations. I ate at several of the restaurants she recommended, and they were all amazing!
One of my favorite parts of the apartment was the rooftop terrace. I spent many hours up there enjoying my morning coffee, afternoon ice water, and simply relaxing. It was such a lovely addition to an already wonderful apartment.
I felt extremely safe here, and the apartment was so quiet that I often felt like I was the only person coming and going. I also loved the location. It is just outside the main tourist area, which gave the neighborhood a wonderful local feel. There are several restaurants right on the street, as well as a small grocery store where you can easily pick up anything you might need during your stay.
I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during my time in Florence. The apartment, the location, and especially Lavinia’s hospitality made my stay truly special. The next time I am lucky enough to return to Florence, I will definitely reach out to Lavinia to see if this wonderful place is available!.

Absolutely everything. From the privacy to the rooftop terrace and the location in a local area. The host Lavinia is always helpful and available to answer any of your queries. Also, if you come by car she arranges the ZTL on your behalf.

La ubicación del sitio, estaba muy cerca de toda la zona histórica.
El calor que había dentro de las instalaciones, era horrible, era un ático y gracias al aire acondicionado se podía estar allí. Es una casa muy antigua sin ningún aislamiento, hasta las paredes estaban calientes a todas horas.
Había unas escaleras muy peligrosas para subir a la casa.
