帰省したらいつも利用しています。子連れでも利用しやすく、温泉も綺麗で気持ちよく、朝食ビュッフェも充実しており快適です。
・部屋によるのかもしれませんが、土足を脱いで部屋に上がるスタイルだと思うのですが、扉を入ってすぐの土間スペース？が狭くフラットで分かりにくいので、そのまま土足で上がってしまう人が多そうだなと感じました。
・子供用浴衣の数が少ないのか、いつも出払っており着れずに子供が残念がるので、もう少し増やして頂けたらいいなあと思います。

３度目の利用ですが、今回はたまたまバリアフリーの部屋を息子と利用させていただきました。こんなお部屋があるのなら母を連れて定期的に泊まりに来たいと思いました。

Everything! We got a room in the 6th floor 😍 with a huge window to see the city, 2 very comfy beds and were given yukatas and we looked so good in them❤️. We reserved our private onsen due to our tattoos and was 110% worth it. The reservation I did included breakfast and was totally worth it too. Very delicious food.
Is a long walk, yet that’s my fault for not checking correctly the distance.
If you go with heavy luggage, I recommend you using taxi as is around 800mts walk from the station to the hotel.
We walked with our backpack and a carry on but walking with more luggage could be complicated.
