About this apartment rental
Our building dates back to the 1800’s and has been recently renovated and professionally decorated to bring back its original charm. Exposed brick, exposed original tin ceiling, original hardwood floors. The 1200 sq ft apartment has 2 bedrooms, large living area with a sectional couch, dining room has a table to seat 8, bathroom has full laundry, new full furnished kitchen. The unit is located above Aunt Emmy’s Coffeehouse & Sweetery (has a separate entrance), right in the heart of downtown. The unit sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Close to shopping, eateries and bars/brewery.

I’ve been using VRBO on vacations for over 25 years and this stay was one of the most pleasant stays I’ve had so far! The booking, communication, and instructions given were all on point, there was zero confusion as to what I needed to do. This was also the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed, literally nothing was dirty or gross! The decor and over all presentation of the place was above and beyond. Added bonuses to staying here is the location right above the coffee shop for great coffee/breakfast/linch/baked goods available each day. It’s right in downtown Manchester so easy to get anywhere. The interior design was pleasant and modern throughout the entire place. There was plenty of storage. The rooms and kitchen are bigger than the pictures make it seem. Every room was well equipped with everything we needed. The host is incredibly accommodating and quick to respond every time! It was perfect for our family of four with thoughtful family friendly touches. There’s truly nothing negative to say about this place.

This is our preferred spot to stay in Manchester. It’s really nice and the location is great too. We expect to stay here again.
