Lack of communication, leaking windows, stained bedding, cockroaches and a dusty environment.

The instructions provided to the underground car park and entry to the property were easy to follow. The apartment is spacious for a family, group of friends or 2 couples (as we were). The kitchen was well equipped and had a big fridge. There are 2 bathrooms (one en suite) and a well equipped kitchen and towels were provided. Washer and dryer was great, although we didn't expect to be doing washing (see negative comments). The bedrooms were a decent size and one couple found the bed comfy and the other didn't, so this is personal preference. The location was ok - around 30 minute walk into downtown Nashville or an 8 minute scooter ride away (very easy to use).

The bedroom blinds let light in all around the edges and one bedroom has 3 windows so the chance of sleeping past 5.30am is slim. It is on a busy road and you can hear the traffic. I recommend ear plugs and an eye mask. The duvets on the beds only have a sheet either side of them and they are covered in stains and other marks. It made you wonder what else we were sleeping on. The property was unclean. The shower curtain had seen better days; the windows had dust and cobwebs in every corner; the walls and skirting boards were grubby; small spiders had also moved in and were everywhere in the bedroom and bathroom and we had to kill those we could reach; it was grim underneath the rug and there were previous guests items under the bed. We even had a cockroach run across the hallway. The lounge and smaller bedroom window leaked and brown water had puddled all over the floor and was dripping down the windows and the blinds. There was previous evidence that this has happened before with old stains on the ceilings. We had to lay towels down to soak up the water and tried to protect the blinds and flooring from further damage. A suitcase was laid at the base of the bedroom window so clothes had gotten wet and dirty. When I contacted the property (via Vacasa) they were apologetic and said they would contact the local team and we were advised that someone could attend the property first thing the next morning, so we stayed in for 2 hours, but no one came. The windows continued to leak with the rain and still no one came and no new towels were given and communication stopped. Every email or message I sent during and since our stay was responded to by a different person each time and they never answer my questions or provide sufficient response. The concerns are still in dispute currently with no ownership of my complaint. I am hoping that the owners see this review and realise that they need to change management companies, as they are being seriously let down!

Perfect apartment for a girls trip to Nashville

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property but just note that there are no staff working there except for cleaners. You access the building with codes for the main door and your apartment. We had to make a call because our code didn’t work on arrival but it wasn’t a big deal. Did not see many supermarkets around but we got groceries and takeout delivered to the door with no issues. Really not complaints just things to note.
