What you see in the photos, is exactly what you get. The house was beautifully decorated. Every part of the house was within theme!
Parking- parking was available and easily accessible, however, I would have preferred more parking in front of the home.

The Harry Potter theme as we were going to Universal Studios for the weekend to experience the new park EPIC!!!!
It rained, but that’s not the properties fault that’s mother nature in Florida, it just likes to rain in the middle of the afternoon every day.:-)

I can see the owner made a good attempt to design the property. The home its self was clean
There were quite a few things that the property just fell short on. When we arrived there was trash all over the side and front yard which in itself was fixable and the owner and I communicated on quickly, however since it was not resolved the same day I had the landscaping crew come to the door 3 times telling me I had to come out and clean it up. The furniture was not poor but not comfortable beds were hard and couch was so low it was hard to get out. There were 4 blown bulbs in the house and one room (griffendore I think, first on left) was so dark we had to go out and buy a small light so my family member could see. The unit only had one trash bag, no hand soap, 2 towels per bathroom, only one extra roll of TP for the three bathrooms, just not up to the level we were expecting but the owner did a great job on decor/design
