La cama específicamente el colchón era muy duro e incómodo, el baño muy pequeño.

Bien placé mais étriqué et service clientèle décevant

Emplacement privilégié à proximité des points d’intérêts. Bien équipé (machine à laver, bouilloire…). Cuisine suffisante. Accueil de l’agent lors de la remise des clés.

Appartement au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, escalier raide et étroit : la montée des bagages peut être un défi. Présence de mobiliers inutiles, imposants et encombrants qui réduisent les espaces de vie et de circulation. Salle d’eau minuscule : douche, lavabo, bidet et WC regroupés dans un espace restreint (un pied dans la douche est nécessaire pour s’assoir sur les WC). Matelas fin et ferme (confort à l’appréciation de chacun). Étendoir à linge extérieur inaccessible à cause d’un meuble positionné devant la fenêtre. Bruits de pas réguliers provenant des occupants du dessus. Service clientèle : la taxe touristique nous a été réclamée à la remise des clés, alors que la réservation était « tous frais et taxes compris » sur Booking.com. La taxe touristique n’a jamais été mentionnée au cours de la réservation (contrairement à d’autres hébergements). Depuis et après signalement, elle a été ajoutée sur Booking.com. Manque de transparence et absence de considération de la part de l’agence (aucune réponse de leur part à ce jour).

Très bien placé ! Près de tout ! Bon chauffage

S de B beaucoup trop petite !!! Aux toilettes… 1pied devant et l’autre dans la douche ! Impossible d’être à deux dans la S de Bain Contre indiqué pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés à se déplacer car escaliers d’accès un peu raides mais cela se comprend puisque nous sommes dans le coeur historique de Florence donc evidemment les immeubles sont vieux !!

Disponibilità dell’host, posizione centrale. Bottiglia d’acqua e un vino in frigorifero a disposizione per gli ospiti.

Il bagno è davvero piccolo: scarsa pressione dell’acqua durante la doccia e scomodità dovuta al cavo/soffione doccia, che potrebbero essere sostituiti. L’altezza di alcuni passaggi potrebbe essere scomoda per persone alte. L’alloggio si trova al terzo piano con scale ripide che nel nostro caso non hanno creato problemi, ma che potrebbero risultare difficoltose per altri casi.
