The place offers decent value for money."

The room was clean and tidy

The location is a bit far from the Duomo It was tiring to reach the place and get the key No one was there to welcome us The worst part was the room's entrance; the door is in the building's inner courtyard, right next to a restaurant The courtyard was full of bicycles, making you feel as if you were outside the building

Cuarto de basuras y sucio, una estafa en toda regla y dificultades para obtener el reembolso

Nada en absoluto

LO CONSIDERO UNA ESTAFA. Lo explico, primero: al llegar no podemos entrar y nadie nos contesta ni por el chat de Booking ni por teléfono, al final después de llamar a atención al cliente de Booking finalmente nos envían un cuestionario para rellenar los datos del check-in, al final del cual te pide un pago, que parece ser la tasa turística, rellenamos el cuestionario y pagamos, otra vez no nos contestan para enviarnos los códigos de la puerta y la caja de seguridad de la llave, otra vez atención al cliente y entonces sí. El sitio se anunciaba como un apartamento pero para nuestra sorpresa y después de perder 3 horas de nuestro viaje el ¨apartamento¨ está fuera del edificio, en el patio de luces, al lado de los váteres de muchos de los pisos y de los contenedores de basura de todo el edificio, os podéis imaginar el olor, finalmente entramos y por dentro más sorpresas, la ducha sin limpiar a saber hace cuanto, moho en las paredes, suciedad por todas partes y telarañas en la nevera. Nos largamos inmediatamente y buscamos otro lugar para quedarnos. Durante todo el proceso sacamos fotos y vídeos y hablamos con Booking, los cuales e de decir que nos nos ayudaron casi ni lo más mínimo. Ahora empieza la segunda parte, la odisea de solicitarles, como es obvio, el reembolso de todo lo pagado. De primeras ya que no, que se habían ofrecido a mandar a alguien a limpiar y que nosotros no habíamos querido, y yo les dije que claro que si iban a limpiar el patio de luces también y los baños de los vecinos, finalmente después de advertirles que estábamos dispuestos a denunciarlos aceptan realizar el reembolso, pero para mi sorpresa nos reembolsan menos de la mitad del dinero y vuelta a empezar, otra vez a hablar con ellos y a advertirles de nuevo con la denuncia, nos devuelven finalmente la otra mitad, pero seguía faltando el importe pagado en el cuestionario del check-in y otra vez igual, finalmente después de muchos cabreos y 1 o 2 días conseguimos el reembolso total.

Pareti piene di muffa odore fastidioso appena entrati. Maniglia della porta di ingresso rotta, bastone della tenda rotto. La notte impossibile dormire per i rumori provenienti dal cortile. La mattina presto intorno alle 5 un sacco di rumori provenienti dallo stabile a fianco. Non è per niente isolato . La muffa era davvero imbarazzante e l’odore si percepiva subito entrando in casa pessima esperienza

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko do przystanków komunikacji miejskiej, wszechstronne wyposażenie, bezpieczna okolica.

Brudne szafki i blat kuchenny, ściany wymagające odmalowania, przykry zapach w pokoju (wilgoci/pleśni).
