Great location right next to the MAYA shopping center, and an easy pickup and dropoff point for Grab rides. There’s also the Wat Jed Yod temple complex just a 10-minute walk away, which is a nice little quiet place that has a lot of historical significance, visited by many locals. The staff and management of the building are very helpful and efficient.
The host was great, always responsive and accommodating. Just keep in mind the building itself is quite rundown, so all the units are likely quite rundown as well, as was the case with the one we stayed in (we’ve stayed in other units in the same building before as well). The cleaning done prior to our check-in could have been better, but it wasn’t horrendous either. Some of the units (like the one we stayed in) have windows and balconies that open to the side of the building that has the gutter/sewage stream that runs between the building and the hotel next to it, so certain times of the day especially on a hot sunny day, there could be some sewage smells, but it’s not a whole day situation, totally manageable by closing the windows and sliding doors and turning on the AC. Again, overall the stay was fine and comfortable - just know what to expect.

Location was ideal, very close to Nimman, which is a very trendy sort of area of the city. Easily accessible by scooter or by foot. Nice and quiet room, and there was a washing machine which was a nice bonus. The blinds were good for making the room dark as well.
The AC could've been a little bit more powerful. I was ok with it but if you're really sensitive to heat then it might be an issue.
