The air conditioning wasn't working, and it was terribly hot on the first day—it was impossible to sleep—but the landlord took care of it afterwards and found a repairman.
The shower enclosure needs repair, and the drain was clogged.

Het appartement bevindt zich in de wijk Navigli, dichtbij meerdere metrostations en niet ver van horeca-gelegenheden. Het is heel goed uitgerust en is goed voorzien van alle gemakken. De host heeft de nodige zorg besteed aan de inrichting. Heel goed contact met de host die heel snel reageert en zo goed mogelijk een aangenaam verblijf te verzorgen. Je kan met alle vragen bij hem terecht.
Het was heel fijn om na een drukke dag in het (historisch) centrum " thuis" te komen in de airco!
Ik heb op aanraden van de host geparkeerd bij Parcheggio Quick Washington waar ik van tevoren had gereserveerd tegenover de supermarkt. Goed te doen, 6 min lopen van appartement.
De slaapkamer bevindt zich aan de drukke straatkant dus je hoort wel het verkeer.
Bij de douche-afvoer loopt het water heel langzaam weg maar dat heb ik gemeld bij de host en die zou het meteen laten repareren.
Het bed is wat aan de hard kant en je voelt een beetje de veren van het matras.

The apartment was beautiful, really clean and situated in a beautiful area in Milan surrounded by beautiful parks. It is walking distance from Piazza Duomo and metro. The host gave clear step by step instructions on how to get in the apartment.

Le confort de l’appartement
Ballon d’eau chaude percé ( chose qui peut arriver) donc perdu une soirée au téléphone, pas d’eau chaude le soir là… et pas de compensation financière sur le prix du séjour,télé et Netflix très compliqués à mettre en route.
