The apartment is quite good. It is worth noting that it is on the ground level so at night you can hear people from the street. It is not a busy area so it was not a big issue for us.
The area is well connected with the metro being 5 minutes walk away.
Highly recommend.

It had space for 3 people and equipped kitchen.
It was dirty. Towels had stains, sheets smelled like they were not washed. Also the apartment had a old smell. Dishwasher stinks.
I don’t care about other stuff but cleanliness is most important for me
$$$$
