The department is sitúated above a café and close to many other stores, bus stops and lots of places to eat.
It is of a good size and was comfortable for my one week stay.
The A/C is a huge bonus during the summer months.

Blender was not working (judging from the comments it has been for long time like that)
Apartment needed deep cleaning and renovation (found some insect parts in one drawer the one with the hair dryer that has on top the modem)
The 10% discount that is announced was never applied. It seems that is only for beverages, but the first day that we arrived we ate there and didn't get it.
