We chose the hotel because of its location next to San Siro Stadium, and we were very happy with our choice. It was a nice stay.
The bed was broken, which was an unpleasant surprise. However, when we informed the staff, they handled it quickly and moved us to another room.

The staff were amazing - from prompt messaging before the stay right up until check out. They were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and smelled fresh without being overwhelming. Breakfast was great! The room was surprisingly silent - incredible seeing that a lot of the guest had just been to a metal concert.
This is by no means a deal breaker but the reason I didn’t give it a ten was that while the bed was comfy, I woke up with a bit of a sore back. But seeing that I’m middle aged and had also been to the metal concert, that could’ve been my fault.

I liked the minimalist and simple rooms. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was decent. Staff was nice and helpful.
Location was good for football lovers (it was next to the stadium), but not the best if you want to see the city center (10-15 min walk to nearest metro station).

The only thing I like about this hotel is that it is located really close to San siro stadium. This is our 2nd time staying here, only this time we were paying a higher price because of the Olympics opening. So I understand we're paying high prices for the location. Water pressure is great.
Distance wise, it's not that close to metro or even tram, it'll take you probably about 15 to 25 mins walk. The hotel do not provide a kettle in the room, when we asked for a cup of hot water, we were told to purchase it from the coffee machine. There are also no slippers in the room, the floor is a little bit sticky and this issue is the same as my previous stay about 2 years ago. The heater in our room 511 was quite noisy we had to turn it off so we could go to sleep. The sink is also a bit defective. For some reason the room has really bad ventilation, not sure what's the reason. The towels we use for the shower don't even dry overnight. Only 1 all in 1 shampoo is provided.
