How is the property laid out? Black Cockatoo is a single level home, configured as follows: Enter the home through the front doors which lead onto the large lounge room. There is one bedroom wing to the left, with 3 bedrooms, one with ensuite, and a shared bathroom. Through the lounge room is another living room with TV and lounge - great for the kids! The kitchen features quality appliances as well as a butler's pantry with wine fridge. The dining table is located next to the kitchen, with large windows capturing the northern sun. Leading off the kitchen area is a library, also with north facing windows, and a gas fireplace - an ideal place to relax and read a book. There is another bedroom area, featuring two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom is has a kitchenette and washing machine. There is also a dedicated work space and European style laundry with washing machine and dryer. WiFi, Internet, Netflix, or Pay TV - will I have it? Complimentary WiFi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. The property also has two smart TVs, one in the main lounge room and one in the family room.
