Great location to shopping, dining, and beach access. Accomodations was nicely decorated and clean. Excellent choice for a smaller hotel feel.

This place is amazing! I have stayed here before, and I am always extremely pleased. The host reaches out to make sure that I don't need anything, and to let me know that they are available if I find that I do need something. The location is perfect; off the beaten path, but close to everything. You can walk to the beach in 3 minutes, but I usually ride my bike. There is a nice long beach front paved boardwalk, the beach is awesome, there are reasons why it is the number 2 beach in USA Today's 10Best Readers' Choice Awards in May 29, 2025.The beach is wide, with powder soft sand, lots of great restaurants and things to do within walking distance of this place. I was tempted to leave a bad review in order to keep this place all to myself! It's a great place though, and I will definitely stay here again.

Pros: Close to beach Comfortable bed Clean Great communication with property manager Ample parking Cool 50’s decor, nice floors Less expensive than name brand hotels Property manager let us park our vehicle on site for full day after checkoutCons: Cannot flush toilet paper!!!!!! Subject to 300 dollar plumbing fee if you do and it clogs the system. This should have been in listing. Only one set of towels provided for a week stay. Ridiculous as towels don’t dry fully in one day. I’d suggest bringing your own if you stay more than a couple days. No towel racks or hooks outside of shower to hang towels to dry, no shelf space in bathroom for toothbrush et al. No stove top in kitchen Insufficient kitchen utensils if you plan to actually use it for meal prep and serving No laundry capability on site (I knew this in advance though)I’d normally give a lower rating due to the significant cons, especially the no flushing of toilet paper. But the pros brought my rating up to an average.
