Located in Casole d'Elsa, Tuscany, this newly built 70 sqm holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will have a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning, fan, TV, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, and a washing machine. The house is accessible and includes a baby cot, making it ideal for families. Enjoy aromatic herbs grown directly on the property.
Outside, a private garden awaits with both covered and open terraces, a barbecue, and stunning views of the green valley and the village with its beautiful 12th-century Romanesque church. The house is nestled in the woods of the peaceful hamlet of Marmoraia, which has no more than 10 homes.
You will have access to 2 shared parking spaces on the property, as well as public parking nearby. Pets are welcome, and there is a shared bike storage. Events are not allowed on the property.
The house is on a private road at 500 meters above sea level, in the heart of Montagnola Senese, known for its unspoiled countryside. The location is perfect for cultural tourism: Siena, Monteriggioni, and Colle Val d’Elsa are just 20 km away, San Gimignano 27 km, Volterra and San Galgano 40 km, Florence 60 km.
Some guests have noted that the property is surrounded by woodland and quite secluded, but it is within a protected natural park and close to inhabited areas. The last stretch of road, about 300 meters, can be a bit challenging to drive.
