About this apartment rental
ON THE BEACH! Beautiful, spacious condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf of America. This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo has it all! This unit has (1) bedroom with King beds and en suite bathroom, (1) bedroom with king bed and bathroom access, (1) bedroom with custom built queen over queen bunkbeds and en suite bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen, granite countertops, beverage cooler.
Parking passes are $50/each, max of (2) passes. This is not included in the price.
Service Animals:
We welcome trained service animals at no additional charge.
Under ADA guidelines, we may ask:
Is the animal required because of a disability
What work or task has the animal been trained to perform
Service animals must remain under control, may not be left alone in the property, and must be housebroken.
Emotional Support Animals:
ESAs are not considered service animals under ADA and are not permitted.
A security deposit hold of $500 will be placed on your card before check-in. This is an authorization only and not a charge and is released automatically after check out.
“Nightly rates are based on the number of guests included in the reservation. This listing has a strict maximum occupancy. Any unregistered or undeclared guests will result in an additional per‑guest, per‑night fee, or they may be required to leave the property. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests.”
