I loved it the hotel , but the only things are the bed it is not good enough for us , the base from the bed it not safe ...

This is the 2nd woodsprings we stayed at and it was just as great as the 1st!

The front desk staff checking in was great the place was beautiful and well kept and clean the beds could use some work as they are not very comfortable and I believe if people have young children that are stomping around till 12:00 at night they should be placed on the first floor the reception while closed was not very helpful and with he did better but other than that all was good

Floors not cleaned (mopped) shower had no water pressure & backed up. Halls smelled of weed. Non stop stopping from ppl above an ppl sleeping in their cars or waited in cars looking suspicious. You literally have to by wifi & coffee maker also have to pay extra for clean towels & sheets

The hotel is in good shape and clean. the person who helped us with the check in was great.

Website said plates and dishes were in room but there was none

Well where to start. 1. Water pressure in shower was aweful and the water didnt drain. 2. The floors were so dirty they hadnt been mopped there was trash under the beds and the beds were ooen so you can see underneath 3. You have to pay extra for the following things. Wifi, housekeeping, extra towels, garbage bags. You have to take your own trash out. No coffee maker an you have to buy their items unless you bring your own. 4. Front desk closes at 8pm 5. Beds were like cots very uncomfortable 6. Smells of weed so bad 7. Ppl above us stompped around all day an night. 8. For it not being a yr old it needs work. 9. Needs to add a extra mirror 10. Not super clean wiped down counter an they were dirty

It is getting this rating because the room that was given to me was not cleaned at all must of been overlooked it was as if the precious guess was still occupying the room trash was full hair in shower tv on bed unmade tissue and rags dirty in bathroom. The hotel itselfl is fairly new so nothing was falling apart everything looked freshly renovated bathtub shower paint ect. Just might of been a mistake but still not good on 1st impressions also have pictures. Staff was good wasnt nosey good location next to freeway.

Rented a room for a few nights, to attend my company Christmas party. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and I had no complaints. I especially loved the full size fridge and microwave. Staff was friendly, ample parking, and good reception on the TV & Wifi. Will definitely stay again!

We had to wait an hour before our room was ready and there wasn't any shampoo etc to be had.

The area is not the best, the hotel is clean, but the beds aren’t comfortable the towels are very small and they don’t look very clean.

Very clean, newer property. Bed was comfortable. Harim at check-in was great, fast and friendly. Appreciate the late-night check-in. Convenient location right off of the 91 freeway. Well-lit parking lot. No water in vending machine but otherwise I can't complain at all. Free coffee in lobby in the mornings.

Good place for extended stay. You need to supply all utensils but they can be purchased locally. One of the newest hotels in the area so it is better than most. My overall rating is 4/5.

I did not like that our room was not ready when we got there to check in at 4pm. Then when we got moved to a lower room there was no blankets, pillows, soap, or towels with no way of asking for any because the front desk was closed.

Slow check in, room not ready after check in. Not as clean or maintained for being new. Smelled like weed.

You have to take out your own trash, pay for clean towels, and there were ants in the bathroom. We killed multiple ants.

My room was not completely clean. There were ANTS. When I called to inform the front desk, no one was there. They need someone there 24/7, it shouldn’t be difficult to get help. My previous stay was fantastic…I’m just disappointed.

Very night stay for family vacation. Only issue was they do not have cribs. On Expedia says they do but over all a very nice stay !

New building that was nice and comfy. I like that in order to get into the building you need a key and it was conveniently located next to shopping centers, the Lakewood Mall & places to eat. What I disliked was they have an ant problem. I think because they allow people to cook in the rooms (beware it will smell like food as you walk the halls) there are guests that aren't as clean as you would hope them to be. We threw our own trash out several times over the week because we didn't want to come back to a trail of ants. They only provide housekeeping every two weeks unless you pay for it. I think that'll eventually bite them in the butt as all it takes is one dirty guest and they'll have roaches (I didn't see any but certainly the ants were noticeable). There was also a security guard in the parking lot but I think they should fence off the front with keyed entry only because I did see some people on bikes standing around. We also had to request new towels & I would've liked if they just included housekeeping (at least 1x/week in the price). Overall, I would say I had a great experience & I would recommend staying here before it gets too shady (it's right on the edge of the ghetto so it's only a matter of time, probably about 2 years, unless they take precautions I suggested).

My stay was very good the room are very clean the bathroom was very clean. The staff was very respectful during check in I would totally stay again. If you’re a nuse this is a perfect place to stay over its so quiet and the beds are comfortable and im a big guy

The manager Cam and staff are amazing, welcoming and always available for courteous customer service. This is nowy go to place to stay for California visits.

Was great Only thing there was no cups and and plates

Sep 2023 this is a fairly new property and it is very clean and my room was well equipped with tv, fridge, and stove. Towels and a bar of soap included. HOWEVER, there was no coffee maker. The only things that I personally was a tiny bit unhappy about was that I had no way of making how water in the room for tea (I brought drinking water and tea bags) and the bed frame was noisy when shifting as it felt a bit wobbly. But, overall it was a great stay.
