We contacted the hosts about check in and got a fast reply. Everything is completed online. The apartment keys are accessible through a lockbox code with a complete guide on how to use everything in the apartment online. The apartment was spacious with many amenities. There is plenty of public parking space around the apartment. Very close to a tram station which takes you to the city center in about 10 minutes. We've seen reviews about noise from surrounding cafes, however we did not hear anything even though they were full throughout the day. Plenty of mini-markets and pubs/cafes around.
It just needs a little bit more love cleaning wise. We've seen some dead cockroaches inside the building which I'm guessing is due to the age of the house, however it seems like they are dealing with it.

-there’s a coffee shop right below the apartment and on the weekends it will get noisy so not great if you sleep early in the evening.
- foul smell coming from the bathroom
-shower drain very slow
-vacuuming could be better, found long hair and my socks were dirty after walking in them around the apartment

Lokacija je bila dobra. Apartman je velik i prostran.
Nažalost, čistoća nije bila na zadovoljavajućoj razini – podovi, prozori i zavjese bili su prljavi, kao i prostor ispod kauča. Krevet je prilično tvrd, a jastuci tanki i neudobni. U spavaćoj sobi nedostaje noćna lampa.
Komunikacija s iznajmljivačem također je bila otežana jer nisu pravovremeno odgovarali na pozive, a kada su se javili, komunikacija nije bila osobito ugodna.
