Location and distribution of the apartment.
The sofa bed is very uncomfortable.

It’s very convenient to pick up the keys from the key box. However, it would be great if each key had a label indicating which door it belongs to. Just a small suggestion!

Primero indicar que no estuve alojada en el apartamento seleccionado, el Aperol Sprizt, ya que el anfitrión contacto con nosotros para informarnos que había un problema en el alojamiento y nos ofrecía un cambio al apto. Casper en el barrio del Santo Spirito, por lo que mi valoración está hecha sobre este apartamento.
Apto muy espacioso, con las zonas muy definidas, 2 habitaciones e incluso una cama individual extra, y 2 baños; bonita decoración, luminoso gracias a varios ventanales donde se puede ver los tejados de otros edificios.
Comentar que es como un dúplex y la segunda habitación y baño esta en la parte de arriba tras subir una pequeña escalera en forma de caracol.
La ubicación me sorprendió, ya que aun estando en el otro lado del rio Arno, llegas caminando al centro de Florencia en pocos minutos, el puente de la Santa Trinita queda a pocos pasos, desde el que tienes una preciosa vista del Puente Vecchio.
Muy recomendable.
Tan solo que está ubicado en la cuarta planta y no hay ascensor; las escaleras se hacen algo empinadas, sobre todo en el momento de la llegada y salida al transportar el equipaje o tras un largo día de paseo; pero si esto no supone un problema para escogerlo, tanto yo como mi familia lo recomendamos con mucho agrado.

Location
Very dirty. There was an unpleasant smell especially in the bathroom. Only gave us one toilet roll for the entire 4 nights. Pillow case had a stain. We checked in at 3 but the cleaner was still cleaning until almost 4.
