1. Convenient location right on Nimman Road.
2. The decor matches the photos and is very beautiful.
3. The double bed is comfortable and spacious, allowing for undisturbed movement during sleep.

Communication with the host was difficult from the start, with unanswered messages raising concerns about check-in. During our stay, issues like a missing hairdryer, frequent power outages during the Yi Peng Festival, and a faulty water heater added to the frustration. The host was unresponsive on Booking.com, requiring phone calls to address problems, which were often resolved only "the next day" or met with unconvincing excuses.
＊Before Arrival:
1. The host asked for passport photos for TM30 registration. Since Booking doesn't support image uploads, we ask for email but they didn't reply for months. We had to contact Booking’s customer service to get the email, and even after sending the photos, there was no response.
2. The PIN code for the main door, promised for check-in morning, was only provided after we asked again in the afternoon.
＊During the Stay:
1. The stairs to the third floor felt longer than expected due to the layout.
2. Poor soundproofing made street noise and conversations from other rooms clearly audible, even at night.
3. Missing hairdryer was reported immediately on the first day but only delivered late the next day.
4. Frequent power outages during the Yi Peng Festival left the room unusable. The issue persisted even with minimal electrical use (only lights are turned on). The host brought a technician the next day, claiming everything was fine and suggesting, “Don’t keep the power card and key card together; they might interfere.” The outages stopped after the festival, likely due to lower power use, but the host’s explanation was unreasonable, especially since both cards were on the same keyring given by them.
5. The water heater stopped working mid-shower. Despite following the host’s instructions, the issue persisted. My friend had to endure cold showers for consecutive days.
