Limpio, silencioso, amplio y muy equipado, incluso con terraza, cocina y lavadora.
Podría ser mejor el colchón, es una oportunidad para mejorar.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, zentral in der Stadt und mit einem tollen Badezimmer bestückt. Zudem war es, obschon es ein Gartenrestaurant gibt, sehr ruhig.
Es gab immer wieder verschieden hohe Stufen; im Badezimmer eine, gleich nach dem Eingang zwischen Küche und Aufenthaltsraum … etwas gefährlich. Man hat, vor allem auch nachts, jeden Schritt beachten müssen.
Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist etwas steil, aber mit einem Handlauf ausgestattet.

The location was perfect in my favorite neighborhood of Santa Croce. Easy access to everything but far enough away from the tourist track. Great restaurants, Conad around the corner, my favorite caffe, John Borno
The photos present a light, bright, appealing space. The apartment is anything but. It's dingy, dark, lacking in basic attention and care: cupboards missing doors and pulls, a handwritten note taped to a window advising guests not to remove or
"bad smells will come in", bucket/cleaning supplies stacked in the corner of the bathroom (a pity since it is otherwise the nicest part of the unit), broken lamp shade sitting on the nightstand. Anyone actually looking for a balcony-steer clear-not so much as a chair to sit on, trash strewn below. Broken lock out to the balcony; a safety concern. A depressing mess, really. It's a pity-it would take so little to make it "comfortable and inviting." Unless you’re just looking for a place to flop, keep scrolling!
