Location is great. Direct trains between the airports. A few minutes walk to access the Subway station, the Skytree mall and a Life supermarket. Convenient for everything with not too many tourists. The shower room could be used as a dry room to dry your clothes.
The toilet was smelly. Not enough toothpaste. I had to buy my own toothpaste for my 5 night stay. The apartment is small. When the sofa bed is setup you barely can walk across the room. The pillows are really flat.

The location is amazing, the best thing about it. Close to Skytree and station. Food places nearby, opposite a grocery supa. Good if you wanna cook. We chose this place for the price and location.
1) The missing amenities, like the ironing board and iron, as well as a broken hairdryer. We had to buy our own steam iron and hairdryer cuz the staff kept giving us roundabout answers but never fixing it. 2) Tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. Ended up buying our own as well 3) Bed is very stiff, pillows hard. We were tired everyday after going around so we didn't mind.
