Host fun summertime barbecues thanks to the provided gas grill and outdoor dining area with an umbrella for additional shade. The string lights definitely give this spot a relaxing vibe. The air-conditioned interior enjoys an open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one - perfect for entertaining! Show off your cooking skills and prepare memorable homemade meals in the well-equipped open kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. When mealtime is over, wind down in the inviting living area, furnished with comfortable sofas strategically located in front of a huge TV. Things to Know The private pool is typically open from May through October. There is an electric vehicle charger available at the home. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Security camera details: Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This house had everything we needed to travel with three kids under 5! It was a quick walk to the beach and so conveniently located. We will definitely be back again!

This spacious, beautifully decorated home was welcoming from the moment we stepped over the threshold. the open concept gathering spaces provided ample space for our large family group to cook, eat, play and converse. the back yard and pool area are well maintained, with comfortable seating spaces and pool toys that kept a wide age-range of kids entertained in and out of the pool. The beds are comfortable and the bunk room was an added bonus to accommodate our guests. With Just a short walk to convenient beach access and the boardwalk this home was the perfect beach getaway.

This home was so thoughtfully prepared for guests, well organized and very pretty. Even fresh flowers when we arrived! The beds and sofas were very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need and great big pantry. The pool was absolutely perfect for our 4 kids under 11, and was so much fun. So close to great beach access and restaurants, made the whole trip very convenient. It was wonderful!
