Regardless of the season, this view is timeless – offering either bright newly sprouted green leaves, or vibrant autumn tones – this is sure to be a view you'll never forget. A decorative elegant stone fireplace adds warmth and natural beauty to the south wall of the great room. Pour a glass of your favorite Finger Lakes wine, and relax in luxury on the comfortable sofa. The open floor plan leads into the kitchen built for a chef! Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and custom-built cabinetry will have you eager to start preparing your next meal. Stop at a local farmers market and stock up on fresh produce and really “take a bite” out of the Finger Lakes! Just off the kitchen you'll find a powder room with custom stone sink and a laundry room. A master bedroom featuring a king bed, beautiful lake views and ensuite bath with tile shower completes the main level of this home. An open wooden staircase leads to the third floor. A loft with sofa offers a cozy place to relax and enjoy the views from the tall a-frame windows. The additional three bedrooms can be found on the third floor. One bedroom includes a king bedroom with twin daybed and trundle offering a stunning lake view. The additional two bedrooms both offer a king bed with garden view. Completing this floor of this gem is a full bath with a walk-in tile shower. The lower level is your retreat for fun and relaxation. A bar area with wine fridge is yours to enjoy while you play a game of pool or foosball and visit with your friends and family. This level also features a sitting area and third complete bathroom with a walk-in tile shower. Just outside the lower level, relax on the swing nestled in the far side of the stone patio.
