Very convenient for glider tram from city centre, cheap tram tickets £5.00 for the day, tram and busses. Apartment very clean and excellent kitchen facilities, very modern design and nice lounge area and small separate double bedroom. Bedding and towels provided clean and adequate. Contact with owner/ manager was very good, convenient key box outside of property easy to use, code for box send day before, and the following day a message came through to check everything was ok. No noice from street or other two flats, I was luckily on top floor, stairs with small trolley bag no problem. Overall very good location and value for money compared with city centre hotels. Am please to leave a positive recommendation.

The location was good and the apartment had everything we needed.
Parking was good outside on road.
We liked the setup and the kitchen.
Just the 34 steps, as we are getting older.

I like the location which is very accessible to the city centre and the airport.
It was a decent apartment.
My major put off was the carpet on the entrance hall way and the one in the bathroom. They were very old and so dirty. I literally couldn't stand it at first walking into the apartment, to the building and be welcomed by a dirty old carpet. Same thing when we walked into the apartment, the first room was the bathroom/toilet with very old dirty carpet. If we had the chance that night we would have just rebooked a new property.
We ended up just limiting ourselves to staying in the bedroom when not up and about.
Changing these carpets would make a whole lot of difference. A few friends have asked us to send them the address of where we stayed so they could stay there when they visit Belfast soon. Just not sure if we are happy to refer them to this, as it is a major hygiene issue for us.
