Glad it was only for 2 nights

We’ve stayed at this property before, so we knew what to expect about the property. We love being oceanfront, having easy access to the beach, multiple pools, and the lazy river.

This particular room, 1630, was booked outside the property. The beds were NOT comfortable, the room was not cleaned well, as we found a pair of shoes that did not belong to us. Oh, and there is no balcony. That wasn’t necessarily specified in the listing. Outlets are SCARCE! No outlet at the nightstand. The lamp on the nightstand is plugged into an outlet under the headboard. No outlet around the bed by the sliding door.

Good location but showing its age.

The view of the beach was excellent.

The AC could have been better. The AC would not go below 70. The luggage cart was for member not for guests. I did not find that out until check in. The music was playing until later in the night.

Terrible customer service…no key to correct room!

Great location, easy access to all stores, restaurants, etc.

The staff was terrible!!! Went through MULTIPLE people with an arrival issue! First I had to drive 20 mins. out the way, after a 2.5 hour drive, to get the key in their lock box. Get to it and MY ROOM KEY isn’t there.. it’s now around 6 but check in was at 4…plenty of time for it to have been there. Called them immediately to let them know that my key wasn’t there but a key was there which I thought was there for me since it was the ONLY ONE there. I proceeded to the property with the key I had. Got in that property and msg’d them about not having the access to the one I booked! Another representative said she would escalate the issue. They called at 10:30 that night telling me the key was in the box like I was gonna get up, when everyone was in beds asleep. Poor service and communication! I then told them we were, again, in the room that I had access to and we would get our key the next day. Fast forward…We got our key and went to the correct room. They called about the previous room as I had left some things in there, then I went to get it out. Still nobody addressed the issue that I had or even seemed concerned that had I not received the room key that I did, me and my family would’ve been out of place for hours!!!!! Then they msgd to threaten me that they are making a police report because I had access to both rooms…….. Well duh!!! What have I been talking to them about the whole time!! Customer service freaking sucks! I will be booking directly from now on because Vacasa, being international, IS NOT IT!!!!! I would give 0(zero) stars but the rooms were on point.

We’ve stayed at this property before, so we knew what to expect about the property. We love being oceanfront, having easy access to the beach, multiple pools, and the lazy river.

This particular room, 1630, was booked outside the property. The beds were NOT comfortable, the room was not cleaned well, as we found a pair of shoes that did not belong to us.
