SOC 416 Unsafe moisture

Nothing

The room has black mold from a moisture issue. Bed linens floors, our clothes stayed damp. Bed skirts had 3 big black dirty spots. Floors were dirty. We had to wear shoes from dampness. The ceiling had water drip down. Dirty behind nightstands. Terrible room. Black mold gives us headaches and inhaling problems. Definitely terrible and rude people to deal with. RENTERS BEWARE ROOM IS DEFINITELY NOT THEY ADVERTISING!! I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE MY WORDS!! No help from front desk ppl or from VACASA!!

Loved the location in the horseshoe! It stayed shaded in the early part of the day and gave a direct view of the beach and ocean! Loved the extra shelf space and drawers in the room!

The shower head is stuck in an odd position and the tub is soft and sinks a little underneath your feet.

Because of the sand everywhere, the door issues, and the room staying damp all the time I WOULD NOT book here ever again

It was beach front

There was sand all over the floor when we arrived and no broom to clean it. There was sand in the beds. The balcony door was off track and wouldn’t close all the way or lock. The room stayed damp all the time so our stuff was wet and disgusting.
