I can say that it was a pleasant stay: clean, quiet, and close to the tram.
However, there are a few things that I found misleading in the property description. They state that all taxes are included, yet they charge a city tax of €6 per person per night. It would be more accurate to state that taxes are not included, as this would allow guests to make a fairer comparison of the accommodation price with other properties.
Another misleading aspect is the information regarding breakfast, as breakfast is not actually provided. In practice, guests are simply given access to a kitchen, but I do not think it is accurate to say that breakfast is offered, let alone describe it as excellent.
They provide a small box containing a few snacks, which they apparently consider a substitute for breakfast. In my opinion, these are rather meaningless items and not even traditional or local products.
The fact that you need to take the tram to reach the city centre obviously increases the overall cost of the stay, as it costs €2 for each journey.
For these reasons, I would reconsider the claim of an excellent location and the advertised price of the accommodation, which becomes quite expensive once transport, taxes, and breakfast are taken into account.

La ubicación.
Tanto la habitación como el baño estaban sucios, lleno de pelos de anteriores huéspedes. La cisterna estaba estropeada, no cargaba agua y estuvo haciendo ruido las dos noches que dormí allí. Un día por la noche la ducha no salía agua caliente por lo que no nos pudimos duchar. La cocina compartida no se limpiaba, la cafetera estaba sucia y llena de cápsulas usadas que nadie vacía,por lo que no nos dejaba hacer cafe hasta que no la limpiamos...creo que por el precio que se paga se deben cuidar ciertos detalles.
