Breakfast items should be labelled to make it easy for guests to make a choice and not guess.
Napkins are required and serviettes.
Condiments containers should be wiped clean on the outside. Dining tables are glass so they should be cleaned because dirt residue is very visible. The dining chairs can be reconsidered so guests can comfortably reach the table and not sink inside the chairs. The roof and edges must be wiped clean of cobwebs.
In the room thorough dust cleaning is required. White basin and toilet must be bleached so no dirt, yellow water lines are visible. There should be a soap, shampoo holder in the shower. The headboard must be cleaned of cobwebs. The seat should not have ants or dustmites. The charging port should work. The should be a plug point for the iron. Housekeeping is important and must be carried out properly. There's potential to improve.
Signage at the main Entrance is required, so that guests know they have arrived, Mark Entrance and Mark Exit.
Optimise Google maps directions, so guests don't feel unsure.
