It worked, but was not worth the rental amount.

Did not supply breakfast.

Mattress had too much foam and was not comfortable. Couch and chair were not comfortable either. Floors were dirty. Parking area was difficult to get out of. Road to front of property was washed out. Fan ran all day and night making it difficult to hear the television.
