Συνολικά η εμπειρία μας ήταν καλή. Το ίδιο το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως περιγράφεται. Αν και ήταν πολύ καθαρό, επιμέρους λεπτομέρειες μας έκαναν να μην αξιολογήσουμε με άριστα τη διαμονή μας. Σχετίζονται όμως έμμεσα και όχι άμεσα με το διαμέρισμα.
α) Η είσοδος του καταλύματος ήταν απαράδεκτη. Η σκάλα που οδηγούσε στο διαμέρισμα ήταν τόσο παλιά και πρόχειρα κατασκευασμένη που έδινε την εντύπωση ότι θα καταρρεύσει.
β) Η περιοχή δεν μας έμοιαζε να είναι πολύ ασφαλής για να κυκλοφορέις το βράδυ
γ) Αν και πολύ κοντά υπήρχε στάση λεωφορείου και τραμ για εμάς που είχαμε και δυο παιδιά η μετακίνηση προς το ιστορικό κέντρο της Φλωρεντίας μας φάνηκε στην πράξη δύσκολη και σχετικά ακριβή. Για να πάμε πρωί και απόγευμα στο κέντρο και να επιστρέψουμε στο κατάλυμα θέλαμε περίπου 28-32 ευρώ. Τιμή ατομικού εισιτηρίου 1.70-2.00 ευρώ
δ) Ο ιδιοκτήτης δεν απάντησε σε μήνυμα που του στείλαμε σχετικά με τα σκουπίδια. Δεν γνωρίζαμε ότι χρειάζεται εφαρμογή στο κινητό για να ανοίξουμε τους δημόσιους κάδους.

Logement à proximité des bus et du tramway, pratique pour rejoindre le centre ou la gare centrale. On a pu utiliser la machine à laver et il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour cuisiner (huile d'olive, sel poivre, etc.). On s'y sentait effectivement comme dans un petit nid ! Très petit pour 4 !
Logement un peu petitLa climatisation à deux blocs faisait un raffut de tous les diables on se croyait dans un avion, et le fait qu'en retirant la carte-clé (qui contient une puce spécifique, ça ne marche pas avec une carte de fidélité lambda) ça coupe l'électricité était fort dommage, par temps de canicule on aurait aimé pouvoir aller faire une course et laisser la clim pas très fort juste pour ne pas étouffer le soir. Le mobilier est du tout-IKEA, certains meubles sont très bien, mais les chaises de bar p. ex sont branlantes je n'étais pas rassurée d'y installer les enfants pour les repas.

Está un poco alejado del centro, pero es un apartamento muy cómodo. Está muy bien si vas a visitar Florencia.
