The house is fully renovated, very clean, spacious and very well equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay and I highly recommend it for families with small children. The area is very quiet, grocery store just down the street, a very good pizza place just 40 m away and a great focaccia store just next to the building door, that also serves good coffee.
From the apartment to the port is a 15-20 minutes drive, depending on traffic, which is great.

Le propriétaire Andrea est très sympathique, agréable, souriant et de bons conseils. L'appartement bien qu'excentré par rapport au centre historique est facilement accessible en peu de temps en voiture ou par bus.
L'appartement est magnifique, très propre, confortable et équipé de tout le nécessaire.
Le proche parking privatif est un vrai plus.
Les conseils, la foccacia au pied de l''appartement, les restaurants (Osterria Il triglia notamment) sont également tres apprécies.
Rapport coût/qualité excellent.
Ne pas se fier a la 1ere impression en entrant dans la cage d'escalier.

We had an amazing stay in Genoa and couldn’t have been happier with the accommodation! The host, Andrea, was incredibly helpful and attentive — he kept in constant contact with us and even created a personalized Google Map with all the top tourist attractions, stunning beaches, great pizzerias, artisanal gelato shops, supermarkets, and cafés.
The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
What truly impressed us was the honesty and professionalism: upon checkout, we accidentally left behind a wallet with money and important documents. Andrea quickly contacted the cleaning company, and when we returned five hours later, everything was safely waiting for us.
Highly recommended — both the place and the host are exceptional!
That when we wanted to extend our staying it was already booked 😄

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo delizioso appartamento e ci siamo sentiti come a casa.
Direi che supera le aspettative, gli spazi sono molto ampi e ariosi. È stato ristrutturato di recente, molto apprezzate le travi a vista che danno calore all’atmosfera moderna dell’arredamento.
Eccellente la pulizia e la cura dei dettagli.
Apparentemente lontano dal centro città ma ben servito dai mezzi pubblici, con una sola linea di autobus, che fa capolinea quasi sotto casa, si raggiunge tranquillamente il centro.
La zona è tranquilla, si avverte appena il passaggio delle auto di prima mattina e lo scorrere del torrente durante la notte dalla camera matrimoniale.
I letti sono comodi e le camere spaziose.
La cucina è ben accessoriata dotata di tutte le stoviglie e sopratutto di lavastoviglie.
Nell’antibagno c'è una lavatrice capiente e la caldaia.
Sulla strada sottostante si trovano bar, forno per una colazione super con focaccia fresca e brioches delisiose, pizzerie che fanno ottime focacce al formaggio e farinata.
Assolutamente consigliato.
