From the kitchen, you will have direct access to a small paved patio area! The lower level of the patio is all yours to use. All amenities of daily life are within walking distance. Although does generally not allow 3rd party booking for private purposes, it DOES allow 3rd party booking for work if you let your host know in advance and they agree to host someone other than the person booking the stay. Guest access You will have a separate entrance to the apartment unit and access to a paved patio. The lower level of the patio is yours to use. The patio is considered a shared area. However, you will have it to yourself 95% of the time. Your separate entrance has 2 doors, and your private area will begin after entering the 2nd door. Other things to note Note: upstairs apartment will install new stair steps from June 12th - June 15th which is why we have a promotion for those days (and the days before/after), you might hear more noise than usually from the upstairs apartment during those 4 days (during working hours only) We are flexible about stay length - feel free to send us an inquiry :) Please be aware that you are booking an apartment in the New York Metropolitan Area, not the suburbs! That means that during business hours, you might hear sounds from the surrounding buildings, traffic, and businesses, despite being in a quiet neighborhood. Our apartment is relatively quiet, but if you need a complete absence of sound, this might not be the right for you. Night times are usually very quiet.
