As see on HGTV, The Courier Rooms at Rennesouth, is a couples, friends and family friendly unit located on Yarmouth’s colorful Main Street, downtown and a quick hop-step from the harbour’s edge. Formerly a post office, this historic property has been fully updated with all the modern comforts you would expect from a boutique hotel, while maintaining the original character and classic East Coast charm of the space. The perfect base for travelers seeking location, luxury, comfort and amenities.
The space
The open concept unit offers easy access and visibility across all areas of the main living space. Original exposed brick walls throughout lend the unit warmth and personality, while antiqued wood finishes, a curated mix of vintage and modern furnishings and soft textiles of velvet and chenille create an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere.
Enjoy lively conversations together in the living room, snuggle up on the couch for a Netflix night, or catch up on your reading in one of the armchairs. Executives will appreciate the separate working area with a desk and (ofcourse) fast WIFI speeds.
Whip up delicious meals together in the fully equipped kitchen. For those who prefer to let others do the cooking, order some local takeaway, pull up a stool at the kitchen island and enjoy! A dining area also provides space for special dinners, date nights and family meals.
Two fully equipped bathrooms and bedrooms offer privacy, space and convenience for all to enjoy. Retreat to your cozy bedroom each night, and slip into peaceful slumber in a queen size bed outfitted with supersoft linens.
Both of the stunning bathrooms feature walk in showers and vintage-look vanities. Throw on one of our cozy terry cloth bathrobes and enjoy the complimentary toiletries.

Stayed 2 nights - super charming and professionally remodeled and decorated! Exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds - we appreciated the bottled water left for us in the fridge. Don’t hesitate to book this VRBO - you won’t regret it!

What an amazing place!!! We unfortunately only stayed one night but it was wonderful. It was decorated beautifully and all the comforts you could imagine were there. Super comfortable beds!!!

Loved the decor, kitchen was well stocked. Both bedrooms had en-suites which was very nice. On a busy street but was not a problem for us. Location within walking distance to downtown, restaurants, shopping. Market across the street. Beautiful sunsets. Nice outside seating.

Beautiful property located right in Yarmouth. Well appointed with everything you may need, including coffee and filtered water. Loved the two en suite bathrooms that provided lots of privacy for two couples. Small grocery store is located right across the street if you need anything. Great communication from the property managers, and best of all…you aren’t expected to clean the whole property before you leave like some rentals require (despite usually charging an exorbitant cleaning fee). Of course, we cleaned up after ourselves, but that was it! Super close to the ferry and town.
