Steps from the Colorado River, Truman's Cove is a place of pure peace and utter relaxation. Continue to enjoy the area's radiant views from the spacious interior. The expansive living room boasts comfortable furnishings, a large TV, children's toys, and ample windows - making it the perfect spot for family-friendly fun. When you aren't dining out, don your chef's hat and head for the full kitchen. Here, cooking is made a breeze amongst the stainless steel appliances and plentiful counter space. Dining comes just as effortlessly at the home's formal dining table or alfresco on the covered deck. Bright, spacious, and welcoming each of the four bedrooms offer soft linens, tasteful pops of color, and cool air - thanks to the home's central air-conditioning. A separate laundry room rounds out the stellar interior perks. Away from your stay, visit the area's plethora of parks, golf courses, and restaurants. When you want to indulge in big-city living, the neighboring city of Austin is located less than 35 miles away. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. The ladder that leads from the home to the boat slip/dock has a short handrail that ends less than halfway down the ladder. Please proceed with caution. All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: camera in driveway showing the walkway to front door Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
