Situated in Lago Vista, this lovely house for $330 per night is a great choice for your next break. Whether your definition of relaxation is floating on a raft, kayaking or zipping across the water on a waverunner, this is the perfect place. This private, non-smoking waterfront home, located on a protected deep water cove with a view of the main lake, is perfect for watersports, fishing, and floating. The location on Hatter Cove is ideal. By water, you will be staying near mile marker 11. Charter a sailboat, take a tandem parasail ride, or simply hang out on the private dock and take in the view. Venture a few miles by land for a round of golf or a rejuvenating treatment at a local spa or a tour of a local winery. No Smoking No Pets No Parties Minimum renter age - 25 with photo ID

The owner was great. He had just finished power washing all the decks and boat dock when we arrived. Great views and comfortable house to relax. Bring your water toys but know that it is a pretty good hike down to the lake. Captain Pete's Boathouse is a great place to have lunch or dinner and JJ BBQ and Burgers is a great takeout place to get food and bring it back to the house.

The house met all the needs for our family vacation. The water level was low but the deep water cove with dock access allowed us to not miss a beat. The house is well appointed and all the basics were covered. We enjoyed using the dock for our boat and grilled while we were there. The location on the lake and view can't be beat! The nearest town Lago Vista had adequate dining, grocery stores, etc and downtown Austin is ~45 min away.

Randall and Madeline's lake home is the perfect getaway. It's just remote enough to feel like you're "getting away," but all conveniences that you could need are still within a reasonable drive. The house is very clean and comfortable but at the same time has the relaxed feel of a vacation home. The house has everything you could possibly need-- the kitchen is almost as well -furbished as mine at home! Besides kitchenware, the home was well-stocked with a more than adequate supply of towels, blankets, and anything you could need.
My family had a great time swimming and boating off the dock. Some people may find the walk to and from the lake to be a bit of a hike, but I'm a "fluffy" middle-aged woman and had no trouble at all, in fact I kind of enjoyed the exercise.
I would definitely stay in this home again. The ONLY thing I think could be improved upon would be if they had a few "toys" available, such as floats, lily pads, etc. The other home we considered included kayaks and a canoe, which was really tempting. We're glad we went with this home, but few water-sport accessories would make this house perfect.
I want to add that although we didn't have any major issues I had a couple questions while we were there, and Randall and Madeline were incredibly responsive. This is an easy rental--no complicated check-in or check-out process and everything within the home is easy to operate--but if you do have a question you will get an almost immediate response.
We had a great time and would love to go back soon!

Upgrades inside and outside would really enhance the beauty and stunning location. Their were some issues with some items inside and outside the house that needed repairs but the owner was very responsive. He did his best to repair some of the items while we were there. He was very personal and polite. Overall the stay was enjoyable.

Our family was able to enjoy a fabulous time at the Lakeshore Ranch! The house was comfortable and well equipped with a beautiful view of Lake Travis from the spacious house deck and our adult children enjoyed floating around the dock while the older adults could visit on a lower deck or on the dock where there was a patio set. We enjoyed a day on the water and rented a pontoon which was able to pick up our group on their large dock. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate us. We will definitely be back!

Great location close to small shopping area and gas. quiet deep cove with nice boat house. be aware lots of stairs to water not uncommon for any of the houses on lake travis. great view from deck. owner extremely responsive tiny issue with the dock fixed the same day.

The house was absolutely spotless upon arrival, and the deck & chairs had also been cleaned (no pollen, leaves or twigs, etc.)--immediately relaxing. The main room of the house has a view of the water from all areas. (The only bedroom with a water view is the master on the ground floor.). The kitchen was thoroughly stocked with tools & pans that were in good condition. The satellite TV worked fine, the TV has open HDMI ports (for things like a Nintendo Switch), and the internet was good enough for my spouse to work during the day over Zoom video. The furniture is comfortable, the decor is personal without making you feel like you're intruding in someone's home, and the owner was very responsive & helpful with everything.

Host was responsive, reaching the house was a bit confusing especially at night. Sofa bed was not that comfortable but all the other rooms and beds were well made. Check was nothing but opening the door as it was unlocked.

We really enjoyed the house for my family and I. Really loved the views and private dock and it was in an extra quiet secluded neighborhood. The owner was very helpful during our stay and our only regret was not having more time to stay.

My husband and I stayed for 5 days and loved every minute! What a wonderful location. We saw deer almost every morning, n the backyard. We took day trips to Wimberly, Fredricksburg and Austin. Very clean and owners were great to work with! Would definitely go back again! Lake views were so beautiful!

Great location. Incredible views. Good price point. Dock was wonderful to tie to boat up to and not have to worry about loading every day. Enjoyed our weekend on the water. Will be back in the near future.

We really enjoyed the house and the general location is tough to beat. Wonderful cove on Lake Travis and a great view and boat dock. Some suggestions would be to perhaps update the house just a bit.
