With plenty of space for the whole family, our home features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. With an open concept living, dining, and kitchen, and 4 bedrooms to accommodate your large group. Bring your fur babies along for the vacation too. The Master bedroom has a King bed, and two other guestrooms have a Queen bed each, the fourth bedroom has a Full over Full bunk bed with a pull-out twin trundle. With comfortable memory foam mattresses and cozy bedding, get the rest you need before you explore all that New Braunfels has to offer. In the living room, you'll find a leather couch and two accent chairs that can be converted into a chaise or a twin bed, perfect for family movie nights with the 65-inch TV. You can also find board games in the living room to enjoy your evenings after a day well spent floating down the river or at the water park. The small yet cozy kitchen is fully equipped. It has everything you need to prepare delicious meals at home, including new stainless-steel appliances, a rice cooker, a coffee maker, a bread maker, a waffle iron, spices, and oil. Start your day with a nice cup of coffee and why not make some Belgian waffles for breakfast? We provide coffee, creamer, and sugar for your enjoyment. The dining room has a custom-made solid wood dining table to accommodate the whole group. We even provide a highchair for our littlest guests. We pride ourselves on being very family-friendly.
