Nestled in Carrollton, this charming house for $273 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to our 6 bedroom pool house with tons of games! Featuring outdoor fun with our heated pool, BBQ grill, Ping Pong table, cornhole, lounge chairs, outdoor dining tables and ample seating. Plus 2 game rooms with arcade games, shuffleboard and foosball table! Play a variety of games in our dedicated game room: • Arcade games: - Golden Tee 3D Golf - NFL Blitz Legend - Terminator 2 Judgment Day - The Fast & The Furious Deluxe • Shuffleboard table • Foosball table • Chess table The game room also features a 58" smart TV and a beautifully decorated flower wall with comfortable seating. • Watch the big game or your favorite movie in our spacious living room with a 65" smart TV. • Dining table in the kitchen with seating for 6. • Enjoy our backyard with a heated swimming pool with lounge chairs and pool noodles, outdoor dining set, BBQ grill (propane is provided), ping pong table, and cornhole. HEATED POOL: The pool heater is meant for Spring/Fall, not winter. We aim to keep the pool at a swimmable 80° but this ultimately depends on the ambient temperature. The heat pump can only heat the water to a swimmable temperature when the air temperature is 60°+. Layout & sleeping arrangements: Downstairs: • 1 bedroom downstairs with 1 twin bed, office desk and chair. 1 full bathroom downstairs but not attached to the bedroom. Upstairs: • 1 bedroom with 1 full size bed, office desk and chair. • 1 bedroom with 1 full size bed, office desk and chair. • 1 bedroom with 1 full size bed. • 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 futon (linens not provided for the futon), 1 58" smart TV, office desk and chair. Full bathroom attached. • 1 bedroom with 2 full size beds, 1 twin bed, 1 futon (linens not provided for the futon), office desk and chair. • There is another full bathroom upstairs, not attached to any of the bedrooms. Guest access: You'll have 100% privacy inside this home and the check-in process is fully automated. Parking: there is free street parking in front of the home. Please do not park in front of our neighbors’ mailboxes. Other things to note: We don't allow more than 14 guests, even if they're not staying the night. No exceptions. We cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this home due to the time it takes us to clean it after each guest. Up to 2 pets are allowed for a flat fee of $80 and must be preapproved before your stay. Booking includes resort quality cleaning, freshly laundered sheets and towels for all guests, as well as all consumables including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, and a whole lot more. Walking distance from our home you’ll find Oak Hills Park featuring a sand volleyball court, basketball Court, splash park, grills, a playground, restrooms and a trail. Perfect for the entire family! We’re a 15 min drive from the DFW Airport. Things to do in Carrollton: Elm Fork Nature Preserve: a 40-acre (16.1-hectare) nature preserve that guarantees birdwatchers and nature lovers a great treat and a fun but free thing to do in Carrolton W.J. Thomas Splash Pad: includes shaded areas, various tables, a number of grills, and a deck. There is also a tennis court and soccer field right next to the water park where you and your kids can play some fun outdoor games. Historic Downtown Carrollton: full of non-chain restaurants, cafes, and cute little antique shops, all great for an evening visit. People who have been here recommend a stop at the candy store and Twisted Root Burger. Babe’s Chicken Dinner House is not to be missed either, for a tasty homestyle meal. Sam Houston Trail Park: known for its 22-mile (35 km) greenbelt pathway along Trinity River Things to do in Dallas: Make sure to check out Lower Greenville, a pedestrian-friendly area that has always been a hotspot for nightlife. We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and spacious. All the beds were super comfy. The kids and adults all enjoyed playing the video games, and kids swimming in the pool. The hosts provided great communication. The park is right across the street. Location is fabulous. We will definitely stay again!
