Terrible

Bed was comfortable

It was very dirty. Bugs crawling all over was and everything. They the guy up from and he didn’t do anything about. Hair all in the bathroom.

Unless you need an unsanitary place to hide evidence, stay FAR away!

They provided hangers, which was used to secure the door.

There was a dead bug on the floor. A hooker walking the streets outside. Bed bugs. The ceiling was cracked with obvious water damage. The air was stale. The door on the inside was completely messed up.

The room was nice and comfortable and clean.

Customer service was horrible. Had to leave a $50 deposit for what I don’t understand and was told it would be refunded back to my card in 2 to 3 days after I checked out it’s day seven and it has not been refunded I’ve called the hotel no manager available to talk to you and the gentleman was rude he hung up on me

For the two nights of sleep I needed, it did the job, but I probably wouldn't stay there again...

The room was at least tidy, and the bed comfortable. I didn't have any meals, nor did I use any of the additional facilities other than my room, so I can't speak to that effect.

Although tidy, the room wasn't as clean as hoped. Behind the door, I was greeted by a dead cockroach lying on its back. Although I know my room was tidied up the next day (bed made, towels folded, and lights in the bathroom left on), that dead cockroach was still there, indicating that there was no cleaning, most definitely not behind the door to the room. Apart from lamps dispersed throughout the room and individually turned on, there was no overhead/ceiling light, which I would have appreciated as a single young lady coming in late at night. It made it feel less safe. The front desk clerk, although efficient, made no attempts to appear friendly or welcoming when I arrived.

it did it’s job I didn’t sleep on a park bench at least

the free Wi-Fi was cool.

noise all throughout the night people passing by the door that I could see the shadows pass all through the night, check in process extra fee’s were just dumb honestly.

Being in Dallas area was fun, staying in that hotel was the worst part about the trip.

i was getting a tattoo and it was close to the shop.

It was very sketchy. Man at front desk was having an attitude and being difficult. When we walked into the room it smelled like piss. There was stains all over the bedding.

The staff here is always very pleasant and considerate of my every need. The rooms are big and the beds are cozy.

I didn't like the children nextdoor.

Cockroach motel

Nothing but location

Didn't like that fact that roaches were crawling around in the room. Told front desk and they said they would spray for them.

I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

The room was a nice size. The full-size refrigerator was great!

The room was dirty and had roaches. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Crappy service. Crap rates. Crappy communication.

Nothing. I was double booked and they still haven't refunded me. Front desk worker barely spoke english and wouldn't cooperate with to cancel 2nd un-needed booking that somehow got booked.

The front desk guy couldn't speak good english and wouldn't help me figure out how to cancel random double booking. It double booked me, and the guy charged me for the higher rate in the same room. It was horrible. Rooms were dirty, lights didn't work, and he criticized sleeping arrangements.
