Incredible location. 4 flights of stairs to climb

Incredible location, Bedrooms and living are nice and clean. Host was responsive.

A lot of stairs to climb The bathroom is getting a little bit old and feels very lived in. There are a lot of mosquitos in the apartment even with all the windows closed

It was horrible

The apartment was full of black mould. The bedroom and bathroom were infested with it, and it comes from a structural problem in the building. When I complain and said I wanted my money back in full, the offered to change apartments and they sent someone "to take a look at the situation"... what they did was just send someone to PAINT over the wall full of black mould so they could welcome the next guests and they don't notice. From my interactions with costumer service, that were quiet bad, It seems to me that this is not the first time they deal with the problem this way. The cabinets were full of dirty laundry from the last guests, they assured me saying that it was fresh, however, I could see hairs and dirt in the sheets and the towels. These were the sheets I was supposed to use in the sofa bed. In the middle of the night at 1am, the fridge started making a horrible noise that woke us all up. There wasn't enough toilet paper, not enough toiletries, the mould gave us allergy (we felt we had the flu every time we were inside the apartment) so I would confidently say this isn't worth it, you're better off going to a B&B or a Ibis hotel for this price. The only positive of this stay was the location.

Stayed here for 4 nights and got no sleep. Very, very noisy and a lot of stairs. Poor view.

The location was excellent for sight seeing but that is where it stopped.

Very, very, very noisy location. Did not get any sleep as restaurants and bars directly below the apartment. The noise went on till 4am every night and was horrible. The apartment was advertised as the best view in Milan - NO!!!! You looked out at satellite dishes, building cranes,scaffolding & a lot of other roofs - not at all pretty. There are 90 stairs up to the apartment - very unsuitable for older, unfit, disabled persons.

Good location, would NOT stay there, or at any of the properties managed by the team again.

The location was very good, should have been clearer information about the stairs to the apartment when looking to book.

Lack of basic supplies like paper towels, hand soap, no linen supplied for the sofa bed. Communication with staff was bad. After requesting linen for the sofa bed we clearly asked for it to be left outside the door only to find staff had entered the room while we were out despite clear instructions not to do so.

The location was excellent for sight seeing but that is where it stopped.

Very, very, very noisy location. Did not get any sleep as restaurants and bars directly below the apartment. The noise went on till 4am every night and was horrible. The apartment was advertised as the best view in Milan - NO!!!! You looked out at satellite dishes, building cranes,scaffolding & a lot of other roofs - not at all pretty. There are 90 stairs up to the apartment - very unsuitable for older, unfit, disabled persons.
