The view is truly breathtaking, we would go back just for that. The two ladies that work at reception in the morning spoke good English and were truly interested in making our stay memorable, they helped us make some phone calls and provided options. The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty. The private transport service they offer for a good price to LC train station. The buffet breakfast had plenty of options and was good. The swimming pool was nice.
Communication with the afternoon / night shift is hard, not even the reception speaks English. We ordered food 1.5 hours before our departure and the food took 40 minutes to arrive: we ordered two soups but only one came out, and after a while we received our ribs as well. We had to finish everything quickly and go. There were three people working in the kitchen and we were the only ones at the restaurant.
I had a massage and the masseuse was making phone calls and scrolling on her phone while massaging me, which meant she constantly had to stop to scroll. At some point I had to ask her to stop using her phone but it was truly unprofessional. It wasn't cheap either.
I had a herbal bath and found plenty of others' hair in the water and the sauna wasn't working at first, and when fixed it was pumping out either burning hot or not hot at all vapour. When communicated, they offered a free sauna (30k) which wasn't working anyway.

Amazing location. You get to see the beauty of nature and the chirping birds. Out of the city lights and loud noises.

We stayed on the 1st floor and the restaurant was on the 3 rd floor.with no lift,the up-down was tiring.i stayed in room no 104.the basin was leaking and the washroom door lock was broken.the overall hygeine and maintenance was not good.the property is a little far away from main market,but located at a quite place which is a plus point.the staff is extremely helpful.
Breakfast was disaster.no options at all.
