About this apartment rental
Beautiful waterfront condo on the Albemarle Sound in prestigious Albemarle Plantation. Available amenities are pool, boating, kayak rentals, golfing, tennis and 2 restaurants on site. This property is 1.5 hours from the NC Outer Banks beaches and H2O Waterpark in Currituck County. The one thing I love the most about this condo is it is street level, all on one level so no stairs to climb!

Had a wonderful stay at the condo. It is a gated community and was very quiet. The ground floor condo provided easy access to the Marina to watch the sunsets and stars. Canoe rentals were available at the marina if one wanted to rent. Tennis courts just across the road and golf was about a 1/4 mile away. The pool was not open (out of season). There are two restaurants on site - the Clubhouse and the Marina. Not much else on site. Elizabeth City and Edenton are about 30 minutes away in opposite directions. We found downtown Edenton to provide a much better hometown feel with rich colonial history, local shops, and dining. The Museum of Albemarle (MOA) in Elizabeth City was a nice stop while visiting there.

I gave all rating 5 star but over all a 3. The condo was very nice and host very nice but she did not know her neighbor above got a dog and started to cry and bark at 7 am two of our stay and needed sleep badly. Host needs talk to her upstairs neighbor and talk to management on site for this needs to stop
