It's located at south-west side of old town, near airport,not far from city center, tranquil area, convenient, room is big enough, bed is comfy and big , there is microwave and big fridge 😀 in everyroom, big window , bedroom is separated from bathroom and toilet, Japanese style, bath tub could take onsen if you bring your own onsen powder 😀 ,they offer free natural banana and coffee every day, two bottles free water in the beginning, there is a RO water machine you can get almost 2 L by one baht (prepare your own container )
The wall is thin if you have noisy neighbors......I had ! Two days were destroyed by that noisy neighbor,always make impact sounds even make the wall shaking....crazy annoying.....couldn't sleep well and enough.....

Great value for money. Owner doesn’t speak english but he was so lovely! Good location. Sizeable room for the price with a big window! Very happy
Slight smell from bathroom but our bathroom was separated so didn’t affect bedroom at all.
