Super tolle Lage direkt am Hafen. Vom Balkon der Wohnung hat man einen schönen Blick auf La Maddalena und den Sonnenaufgang. Die Stadt und viele Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar .

In der Wohnung befinden sich noch viele Gegenstände der früheren Besitzerin bzw der Familie.
