Nice and quiet

Tragic experience - No hot water during our stay!

No hot water in the apartment during our 6 day stay (6-10/8) which was unacceptable, and the water was freezing! They never fixed it despite our daily reminders. They sent a technician one morning when we were away all day and they said that he would fix it in the afternoon, but they never informed us about the outcome. When we came back in the evening and asked we didn't get a reply and realized that they didn't fix it and probable never meant to. All communications where through WhatsApp and no one morning came to apologize in person. The sofa bed was squeaking and kept waking up all of us everytime someone moved. We also found dirty plates in the cupboard. In addition, there were mosquitos in the apartment daily. The area isn't much at all, southwest Milan is 10 times better. Good luck to the next ones who have already booked the apartment, I hope you like cold showers.

Appartamento comodo, pulito e ordinato. La cucina era attrezatta con tutto il necessario. Il bagno grande con una ottima doccia. Si può trovare parcheggio gratis sotto casa (almeno ad agosto)

La macchina del caffé non era funzionante. L’aria condizionata c’era solo nel soggiorno mentre in camera da letto c’era un ventilatore.
