Nestled in South Congress, this lovely house for $225 per night is a great option for your next trip. Step into this retro rental and you'll see that attention is in the details! The space was thoughtfully designed to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The house features three bedrooms with bold colors and warm lighting, all with queen beds, memory foam mattresses, and bedside charging stations. Sleep comfortably in 100% cotton sateen sheets washed with hypoallergenic detergent (in consideration of guests with skin sensitivities). The living room has a large couch and swivel chair and TV with access to all streaming services. The large dining table provides seating for up to 6, making it the ideal spot to share a meal or enjoy a game night. The fully-stocked kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, and cookware. Please note, there's no microwave but an air fryer is available for cooking or reheating meals easily. Guests have access to the coffee and tea station, complete with an espresso machine, cold brew maker, and French press. Start your day off on the right with a cup brewed just how you like it! The brand new bathroom has a rain showerhead and is stocked with Kiehl's shampoo, conditioner, face wash, and body wash, ensuring guests have everything they need for a luxurious and pampering experience. Step onto the covered patio and into the backyard, where you'll find a private oasis complete with a jumbo 9-foot Cowboy pool, perfect for taking a refreshing dip on hot Texas days. The backyard is fully fenced, providing a safe and secure space for pets and kids to play. Located in an ideal part of South Austin, we hope you'll find this property to be the perfect home base for exploring all Austin has to offer. Only 1/2 block from a great neighborhood park with playground and within short walking distance to tacos, food trucks, Spokesman coffee shop, St. Elmo Brewery and more! Downtown is a quick 10-15 minute Uber away. This property is officially licensed as a short-term rental with the City of Austin. The perfect place for a fun getaway! The property was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Lots of convenient amenities and the host was very thoughtful and responsive. We adored the decor and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. Would definitely book again!
