We can promise that you won’t want to leave this property, which provides entertainment in the form of an entertainment center, fire pit, children’s play area, and book collection. The living room has plenty of space for everyone on the trip. Bucket List Stay’s newest destination is perfect for artists and anyone who appreciates the arts and cultures of Austin such as live music, theater, thrift stores, and more. It is conveniently located between South First and South Congress Aves., down the street from St. Edward’s University. You can get to some central locations on foot, and take advantage of driveway parking at “The Artist of Austin.” The property is great for short and longer term stays. The fully stocked kitchen allows you to settle in and stay awhile. There is a washer and dryer for longer term stays (or to make your packing easier). Three bedrooms: one Master and two guest bedrooms, sleeping a full and twin bunks, give you more than enough space for the whole family. Your furry family is welcome too! Pets stay for $75 each (maximum two pets). Two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath, offer the space needed for your family to get ready. Another great perk at “The Artist of Austin” is the backyard. Beautiful French doors lead out to a flower garden, patio and Adirondack chairs to take in the sights and sounds of the city. Yards over grown, large ant mounds on front curb, small tree down in backyard; door lock mechanism not working correctly…complicated, takes multiple attempts to lock or unlock, need to pull door to function, inside smells, very artist and nice bathrooms, kitchen ceiling is separating. Not what I expected from VRBO property. Wouldn’t recommend!

The check in process for this rental was a challenge-the check in email said to use an app which did not work and then it took hours to hear back from the rental about access when not using the app. When we arrived at the rental it smelled very strong of cigarette smoke even though it was listed as a non-smoking property but also smelled of cleaner like the smoke smell was attempted at being covered up. The floors were also not clean and there were very dead flowers on the table. The bed in the guest room was very hard and had lumps.
