The outside didn’t look well kept
I like the Customer Service that the lady at the front guest gave, and the gentleman in the evening gave us a blanket

Staff was friendly. Room was pretty clean.
Location was kind of meh. Pool was not able to be used and the free breakfast they offer is over by like 9am. There where dogs barking constantly after 12am. Some lamps where out the entirety of our stay (there are no overhead lights either), and tho we asked we didn’t get changes of towels. The bath clogged the first 5 minutes you stood inside it. The area is not one I would like to be out in after dark, and some guests and people around the hotel seemed every hostile. The microwave did not have a plate to set your food on.
