Room good size, Bed comfy. Bathroom ok but basic, sink outside in corridor.
Sink in the bathroom. There was a general smell - presumably cleaning product.

large room with plenty of space
The room had a rather strong, unpleasant smell.

There was a communication issue with the Booking app, but thanks to Amanda's prompt intervention, we were able to stay there and were not affected.
The air conditioning control was not working in one of the rooms used.

Staff member Monica was very friendly and helpful and the communication before arrival was very good. as was the WiFi. A nice touch providing coffee, hot water and muffins/cookies and the availability of cups/plates and cutlery was appreciated.
The Red Roof Inn Plus would benefit from a thorough deep clean and refurbishment, all furniture and fittings look very tired. Also the outside area could benefit from some nice touches to make it look a little more attractive.
