Clean room everywhere

Good beds, very comfortable, good staff, location

The room wasn't very clean, found dirty underwear when pulling out the sofa table, from the sofa bed, coffee pot had the wrong filers for decaf. They finish breakfast to early at 9:30 cause the person has to go clean rooms too. So you cant sleep in.The TV light stays on after you turn it off with remote.

Passable

The breakfast could’ve been better. Only thing they served each day was bacon and eggs, needs better variety with options. Also, our room wasn’t fully cleaned because I found a q tip on the floor and I smelled marijuana throughout the halls which was very overpowering. Other than that I would rate this place a 7/10 it’s a decent place to live, but needs to make changes.

The room was ok

The breakfast was fair. Could upgrade to the better quality in the bacon, offer sausage have individual instant oatmeal because what was served was saturated in water. There wasn't any fresh fruit and the eggs were awful.

Add better quality food, more varieties and make sure the dining area is clean including the floor

Very good stay and we will be here again next time when we visit Austin.

Breakfast is nice. It would be even better if waffle maker is available. Room is cozy and full equipped with what should be. Front desk staff is very nice and helpful, love their services. Hotel is in the middle of the airport and downtown, very convenient.

Great rooms, beds were very comfortable. Pillows were fluffy. Rooms were cold.

I liked the prepackaged waffles. Plenty of options for breakfast. Convenient.

Towards the end of breakfast hour, the coffee had run out and the employee had to be told to refill it.

it’s in a good location

their is construction going on in the hotel, our room had no microwave and a tiny fridge, my shower was cold this morning.

It was a great stay and we will stay here again.

Clean, comfortable bed, very friendly staff, especially the young man handling the breakfast buffet. he was so friendly and upbeat, he seemed to really enjoy his job. housekeeping staff was also very friendly and helpful.

No microwaves in rooms!

Few inconveniences, but the stuff made up for it and provided an outstanding stay.

The location, the staff and the comfort.

Due to renovations thee were some some inconveniences. However, Lennon, Mariah, and Gisselle went above and beyond to make this experience much better.

No pool. Stomping on upper level. I called and requested a certain room, when we go there, it was "not available".

we didn't like the hotel. the front area was looking dirty, chairs on the tables, carpet was muggy

there were no available rooms. we were told our room had a leak and were booked at the neighboring courtyard. when we got there we had to wait at the front desk because there was no staff there.

Disappointing

Employees were very nice.

The whole hotel stinks, old dirty carpet. Needs a remodel everything is dated. You can feel every spring in the bed.

It’s a nice stay. Price was fare and easy to get in and out of.

Was very quiet and everything was just right after a hard work week.

I think the channels on tv was the only thing that wasn’t enough.
